Malaysian Borneo - Off The Beaten Path
The Unusual Borneo Program lets one explore the less known destinations within the Malaysian states of Sarawak & Sabah and the country of Brunei. The more-popular places are excluded for a different experience from the majority of visitors to these lands. During this trip, you will visit Kuching and explore the surroundings on a bicycle. From Kuching you will take a ferry to the city of Sibu, from where you will visit the Melanau people in Mukah. Miri and Brunei will be visited before heading over to Kota Kinabalu. From "KK" a trip will be made to the Dusun village of Tambatuon, a community living at the foothills of the mighty Mount Kinabalu.You travel in small international groups. Of course you can request a private tour as well.
