An individual journey through southern China will show you a variety of stunning landscapes and cultures. You start the tour in the Chinese metropolis of Chengdu; visit the pandas, enjoy Sichuan cuisine and traditional tea houses. The ancient town of Lijiang of the Naxi people is beautifully situated at the foot of the snow mountains. You travel to Shaxi, an ancient town along the tea route. Continue your journey to the picturesque village of Xizhou to the Erhai Lake, visit the rice terraces in Ping'an and the enchanting landscape surrounding Yangshuo.
From Guilin you can fly back home via Guangzhou but it is also quite possible to extend the trip still in Hong Kong or Shanghai.
