It was and still is a great trip.
Very varied items seen of your beautiful country.  The stunning trip from Hué to Hoi An, the lovely Homestay on Mekong river.  It was all perfectly arranged by you; big plus for that! Can i put a review on your website. 
Our feedback for you to make anything more perfect as it is already:  
1. The tour guide in Hué was a very nice girl but still too young and focused more on me (Richard) then to Riska. Actually it's better to spread your attention to both of us...  
2.  We think it's better to stay one day less in HCM city because there are more interesting places to see for the tourist.   
3. We had an on a small sampan-boat on Mekong river.  So I hope this will help you to serve the tourist even better then it already is.  We will definitely recommend you to book a trip to Vietnam because it was TOP! Thanks for everything.

Thanks  you a  lot for  guiding us 3 weeks through your beautiful country! We are had a great time together with you and  Mr. Dzung ! Because of all   your contacts with the locals we are met a lot  of nice Vietnamese people !  we are very enjoyed the trip and  walk in around Panhou,  drinking  tea and rice’s wine with the  local in little villages.  And biking   bicycle to the cave,  your explanation at the local market and  all  your  knowledge about the nature and  Dien Bien Phu.  You  are very nice  and flexible and helpful guide, we were very lucky with you as guide! You are put all your effort into succeeding our holiday !  Thanks a lot for that ! We  wish you together with your wife and daughter all the best !

"My husband and I have just returned from a fantastic 4 weeks in Vietnam organised by Pyala Travel. The team were very flexible in organising a trip for us that fitted in with our needs and we ended up having such a memorable holiday.  We were there during Tet and thanks to Mr Dzung and the Sapa guide Mr Vung, our lasting highlight would have to be joining Vungs family for a traditional Tet meal in Mai Chau. Such hospitality and fun, I will never forget. Everything was well organised and very reasonably priced, so I would definitely recommend Pyala travel"

"Quality of the local agent/guides/drivers: very good. For transfers they were almost always punctual. Because of traffic some were later, but nothing to complain about. The guides were very good. Our guide for the first 7 days of trekking in the north was a super guy. He was always in a good mood and gave lots of explanation. He was also very flexible. Nothing to criticize. In the south, very friendly guides. It was a shorter trip so we formed less of a bond but it was also very good."
