It was and still is a great trip.
Very varied items seen of your beautiful country.  The stunning trip from Hué to Hoi An, the lovely Homestay on Mekong river.  It was all perfectly arranged by you; big plus for that! Can i put a review on your website. 
Our feedback for you to make anything more perfect as it is already:  
1. The tour guide in Hué was a very nice girl but still too young and focused more on me (Richard) then to Riska. Actually it's better to spread your attention to both of us...  
2.  We think it's better to stay one day less in HCM city because there are more interesting places to see for the tourist.   
3. We had an on a small sampan-boat on Mekong river.  So I hope this will help you to serve the tourist even better then it already is.  We will definitely recommend you to book a trip to Vietnam because it was TOP! Thanks for everything.

"Quality of the local agent/guides/drivers: very good. For transfers they were almost always punctual. Because of traffic some were later, but nothing to complain about. The guides were very good. Our guide for the first 7 days of trekking in the north was a super guy. He was always in a good mood and gave lots of explanation. He was also very flexible. Nothing to criticize. In the south, very friendly guides. It was a shorter trip so we formed less of a bond but it was also very good."
