This trip to the north-west of Iran is a nice addition to our regular tours through Iran. You will get to know a completely different side of Iran. You visit the region on the Caspian coast with the Alborz Mountains behind; tea plantations and mountain villages. You will meet the Shah Savan nomads at the Sabalan mountain and climb the imposing Babak castle. You travel through the border area with Armenia and Azerbaijan where you will find hidden Armenian churches.
