Travel through the Zagros Mountains with the Bakhtiari and Ghasga'i nomads. This journey takes a week to know some of the most colorful nomadic people of Iran. This is an adventurous trip in the area between Shiraz and Isfahan. It is a lovely alternative route which you can incorporate into other trips. The trip starts from Shiraz and ends in Isfahan, but can also be done the other way around.
