Travel Conditions of Pyala Travel

Pyala Travel is a trademark of Couleur Locale BV, which in the Netherlands is part of the ANVR (Dutch Association of Travel Agents and Tour Operators) and the SGR (an organisation which safeguards clients for insolvency). We are registred at the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under license number 30208857. Our VAT number is : NL821550202B01.

The SGR not only works on the Dutch and Belgium market, but is valid for all clients no matter where they live, to make sure you travel with peace of mind and your money is safe.   For the German market we are also member of the DRV.
Our licensenumber for SGR is 3186. Information about the SGR is available on their website.

Every client who books a tour at Pyala Travel must pay a nonrefundable € 5,- as a contribution for the guarantee of SGR.  

Travel Conditions
Being a member of the ANVR (Dutch Association of Travel Agencies) we follow the Travel Conditions of the ANVR.

Cancellation Conditions:

Since Pyala agents organize round trips and travel modules with an adventurous character that requires fully prepared organization we follow next payment and cancellation conditions :

On cancellation the traveler is required to pay:

Til 56 days before departure:  20% of the total amount per person
From 56 til 28 days before departure: 50% of the total amount per person
Cancellation from day 28 (including) til day 14 before departure:  75% of the total amount per person
Cancellation from day 14 (including) til the day of departure or later: 100% of  the total amount per person

It is possible deviated cancellation conditions are to be applied by the Pyala agent only when communicated by e-mail with the client before booking.

Law and Jurisdiction
The Law of the Netherlands shall apply exclusively to our Terms and Conditions and all legal relations between Pyala Travel (as part of Couleur Locale BV) and the client.
