"The destinations were super (especially Tbillsi appealed to us), the hotels were good to excellent (the hotel in Yerevan had extremely large rooms with even a sitting area) and was located very centrally. The drivers were always punctual abd reliable and the local organization and local representatives went remarkably smooth. Overall a very positive meeting with Pyala Travel we would like to continue once we mutually agree on the next destination."

"Thanks! We really had a wonderful trip and got the know a for us unknown part of the world. The countries were above expectation and we already have recommended the countries to several people. 
Everything was as agreed, guides and drives were always on time, knew everything and always had the necessary documents(train tickets) at hand. Super. Quality of the hotels was ok. Location in both cases very good, but rooms nog very special. Final organization well. Our feeling afterwards is we made a wonderful trip and we really 'discovered' something'."

"The driver in Georgia was absolutely excellent: very experienced, spoke English and knew all the spots. He was more like a driver ánd guide! Our only concern is that that the Georgians do not exaactly drive 'controlled' and are very social :-)"
